Meet Our New Client Support Specialist, Caroline!

Hi there!

I am Caroline Rogers, also known as the newest member of the Blue Compass team. I have been working at Blue Compass for a few weeks and can already tell I’m going to love it here. My co-workers are very knowledgeable in their respective areas and are always willing to help each other. One of my favorite things about Blue Compass is the balance of hard work and having a good time. It's a fun environment to work in and the culture makes “work days” enjoyable for everyone.

How Did I Get Here?

This job combined three of my favorite things: helping others, customer service and organization. You could say when I heard about the open position it was love at first sight. After meeting with many of the team members, I decided Blue Compass would be a great fit for me.

Onto My Background

Born and raised in the Des Moines area, I will now and forever reside in this beautiful state. I attended Iowa State University and graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Merchandising in May of 2017. 

Before starting at Blue Compass, I worked for a publishing company in downtown Des Moines. After working within a large corporate environment, I learned I enjoy a smaller, more intimate business atmosphere. There is a real sense of teamwork here at Blue Compass and my co-workers are quickly becoming my friends.

Now a Little Bit About Me

When I am not in the office you can catch me hanging out with my soon-to-be hubby, family, friends and teacup piggy. I also enjoy decorating my new home and pinning new ideas from Pinterest that I will eventually ask my fiancé to build. A big bowl of popcorn and M&Ms is my weakness. A few things I’ve learned in life are, retail therapy will turn any frown upside down and a Sunday featuring God, R&R, Netflix and a comfy couch is a Sunday well spent.

As the Office Manager, Caroline is the friendly face you see when entering our office and the friendly voice you will hear when you call. She helps maintain a positive atmosphere at work, while helping the team with day-to-day tasks. Caroline coordinates meetings and plans office outings and events.
