Building McAninch’s New Website from the Ground Up

McAninch Corporation is a Des Moines-based, family-owned company specializing in earthmoving and underground utilities. McAninch works on grading, excavation, construction and utilities projects throughout Iowa. When the Blue Compass team started working with the McAninch team, their website was outdated and in need of a rebuild.

Our goal was to design and develop a show-stopping new website to set McAninch apart from other utilities contractors in the industry. McAninch is the best at what they do, but their website was causing them to lose out to competitors with a more prominent digital presence. Our team wanted to give them an innovative, modern construction services website to reflect their expertise and excellence in earthmoving.

A Beautiful Homepage Design Lays the Foundation for McAninch’s New Website

McAninch’s previous website was old school — it was dark and dated, confusing to navigate and lacked SEO value. Our web design and development team came up with a stunning homepage design that laid the groundwork for the look and feel of the rest of the website. McAninch’s new homepage features their bold brand colors, along with attention-grabbing images and video clips to keep users’ interest.
