Laura Jackovin serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Laura is responsible for managing the Blue Compass team, client relationships and the overall workflow of client projects. Laura emphasizes the importance of teamwork, collaboration and sharing of information and promotes a positive work environment that values its employees.

Laura graduated from Iowa State University in 2005 with a degree in Communication Studies and Psychology.

Laura resides in Waukee with her husband, Tom and three boys, Will, Owen and Jace. In her free time, Laura enjoys cheering on the Cyclones, chasing around her boys and spending time with her family and friends.
