With 8,000 square feet of space and an endless number of seating arrangement options, West48 is the perfect location to host your next event. West48 has seating for up to 110 people, along with tables that can be set up in a variety of ways. We can also work with a vendor if you’d like to rent tables or chairs that are different from what we offer. West48 Conference Center Amenities

Conference Center Seating Configurations

  • Chairs only: 110 people
  • Classroom setup (tables in rows): 80-110 people
  • Large pod setup (12-16 people/pod): 72-90 people
  • Smaller pod setup (4-6 people/pod): 60-80 people
  • Large U-shape: 30-40 people

Breakout Rooms

West48 offers three additional conference rooms to accommodate breakout sessions or smaller meetings. The conference rooms are equipped with large display screens and presentation options including Apple Airplay, Microsoft screen sharing, Skype capabilities and HDMI cable connectivity. These conference rooms are set up with boardroom-style seating perfect for smaller group sizes:

  • Amazon Conference Room (North): 20-25 people
  • Instagram & YouTube Conference Rooms (South): 8-10 people each

Event Space Kitchen Amenities

When you host an event at West48, you’ll have full access to the kitchen area to store and serve food and beverages. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, or you can work with our Event Coordinator to arrange catering and beverage options for your event. Kitchen features include:

  • Two refrigerators
  • Freezer
  • Microwave
  • Dishwasher
  • Coffee station with mugs
  • Water cooler
  • Ice maker
  • Sink with garbage disposal
  • High top tables for stand-up socializing
  • Serving dishes

Game Room Activities and Games

We want all visitors to enjoy hanging out at West48 and to make themselves at home. The game room is a great spot to relax and have fun! This area features:
