Account Executive 

We are seeking an Account Executive who will oversee the daily workflow of our web development and digital marketing projects. The Account Executive will continually manage client expectations, project timelines, deliverables, goals and budgets and will assist in exceeding our clients' business and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain, strengthen and grow client relationships through comprehensive strategy development, oversight and management of accounts
  • Act as the point of contact for clients to ensure that business needs and desires are met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Oversee project timelines for web, application and digital marketing projects, ensuring each deliverable is completed within the set timeline and budget
  • Work with design, development and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Coordinate with outside vendors as needed
  • Regularly update management with status and budget reports on projects

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated technical expertise and ability to manage complex web projects from conception through completion
  • Proven track record in managing development projects
  • Familiarity with creative and strategic processes, social media, SEO, email marketing and search engine marketing
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Experience estimating project hours and timelines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to deal with deadline pressures and multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
